A weekend-long celebration of the incomparable Pinot Noirs of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Silver Mountain will celebrate with the following three events Pinot Pathway

30 local wineries will pour 'heaven in a bottle', accompanied by gourmet food from a dozen restaurants.
Silver Mountain and Sonnet will be there. Join us for this discovery and celebration
of some of the best wines from our special mountain appellation.

In the Vineyard
It snowed! It snowed on two separate occasions recently at Silver Mountain, covering the vineyard
in its glistening blanket. It did not last long, but everyone enjoyed it while it was here. Visitors to the tasting room
were delighted. And the cold weather has been good for the vines. Buds were pushing to break in the recent warm weather, but it was way too early, with the danger of cold weather damaging any new growth. So the return of real winter weather has kept the vines dormant and delayed budbreak for another few weeks until it is safe. In the mean time, our vineyard crew has pruned and hoed around the vines. We are ready for Spring when it decides to get here. We are now open the 3rd Saturday of each month.
